Return / Exchange Policy
Kixclusive does not issue refunds. We will exchange an item if we have made a mistake with your order. Please email us at support@kixclusive.com before mailing your purchase back to us. We will give you a confirmation return number that must be included in your package in order to receive your exchange. Returned shoes must be in brand new, unworn condition.
* NO REFUNDS
* ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Orders cannot be cancelled once submitted on the website
* Exchanges can be made only if there was an error on our part
* Shoes that do not fit do not qualify as an error on our part
* Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving their shoes to request an exchange
* Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the sneakers back for an exchange
*If a return is granted, original shipping cost is not refundable
* Shoes older than 3 years from the release date are not guaranteed to be suitable for wear
